Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and implementation success metrics
- Manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Author thought leadership content and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
