Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering and product teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP) preferred
