Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct risk-benefit analyses for technology adoption and provide executive-level recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in forecasting technological trends and market disruption
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Track record of developing and implementing technology transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
