Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap for 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise tech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Sloan)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Go, Rust preferred)
