Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed forecasts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Produce quarterly future-readiness reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting with published thought leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
