Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and blockchain integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future innovation priorities
- Author strategic whitepapers on technology ethics and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Represent the company at global tech forums and regulatory policy discussions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
