Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmapsStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation strategy a plus
