Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Interface with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional R&D teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present technology briefings to investors and board members
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
