Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercialized futuristic solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing and managing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
