Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for strategic integration
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for responsible 2026 deployments
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level production
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic architecture
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for technology innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
