- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with $10M+ investment potential
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board committees

- Author thought leadership papers published in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technology innovations from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed scientific journals or top-tier tech conferences
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity for frontier tech projects
- Deep familiarity with ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology
