Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technology commercialization
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Technology Innovation
- Deep network in Silicon Valley venture capital and research communities
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation management
