Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototype development
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for advanced technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech industry
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
