- Develop and implement future-proof technology adoption frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present futuristic technology concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes impacting emerging technologies
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
