Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech
- Architect pilot programs for emerging technologies with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and leading tech incubators
- Measure ROI of technology investments through KPI-driven innovation frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-generation technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three disruptive tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation portfolios
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
