Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Manage innovation budget allocation for pilot programs and technology acquisitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech implementation
- Proven track record developing future tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
