Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology innovations.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen prototypes with commercial viability by Q4 2025.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups specializing in frontier technologies.
- Present quarterly technology briefings to C-suite and board members, translating complex innovations into actionable business strategies.
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and competitive analysis of emerging market disruptors.
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation to high-impact projects with exponential growth potential.
- Represent InnovateFuture at global tech summits, positioning our thought leadership in 2026 technology discourse.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Biotechnology with 10+ years in technology strategy.
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives with measurable business impact (portfolio required).
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology interfaces, or decentralized AI networks.
- Executive-level experience scaling R&D teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets.
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent on emerging technologies.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive narratives.
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++) and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks.
