Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business transformation plans
- Present complex technology strategies to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute strategic initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of future-focused projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing technology strategies for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Professional certifications in technology strategy or emerging technologies preferred
