Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 3-5 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and adoption
- Secure budget approvals for experimental technologies and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
