Responsibilities

- Translate complex innovations into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with organizational vision
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation incubation team
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
