Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology foresight findings to executive leadership and investment committees
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes impacting future innovation landscapes
- Drive internal culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and startup innovation cycles
- Strong network within technology research communities and venture capital
