Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovations (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise operations
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR ecosystems, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) or technology management
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
