- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into product development
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and strategic workshops
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
