You'll have the autonomy to explore breakthrough concepts in quantum computing, biotechnology, and autonomous systems while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen technologies across enterprise functions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong understanding of global technology regulatory landscapes
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Experience with agile development methodologies for complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
