Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize technology investments and innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights and future forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive organizational change management to integrate new technologies and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
