Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains including generative AI, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with data-backed insights
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
