Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies in our innovation lab
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external investors
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation implementation
- Collaborate with academic institutions on forward-looking research initiatives
- Manage technology incubation programs for early-stage startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in disruptive technologies
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Strong network connections with Silicon Valley research labs
