- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary research frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 commercialized emerging-tech solutions
- Expertise in future-scanning methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing principles
- Certified in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
