Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive experiences
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research, patent analysis, and startup partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling innovative prototypes from concept to production
- Develop business cases for technology investments, including ROI projections and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits, thought leadership forums, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching breakthrough technologies in regulated industries
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a focus on innovation management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, AWS Machine Learning)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
