Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ across AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive internal upskilling programs on next-gen technologies
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Executive-level experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
