Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology visions and investment proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies through market simulations and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (AI/ML, IoT, or Web3 experience preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong executive communication ability with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
