Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and forecast market disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Develop strategic implementation frameworks for emerging innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D investments based on future viability
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a high-performance future technologies team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFM, CIPD)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
