Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility of emerging innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization planning
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into current product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
