Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technologies (2026+) through market research, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
- Drive internal hackathons and innovation challenges to identify breakthrough opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing commercialization strategies for disruptive technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Python, Tableau) for trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CSTM) preferred
