Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and startup communities
- Certification in Technology Ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
