Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present future technology assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startup incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technology adoption
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
