- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for futuristic products with global impact
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital
