- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development cycles
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused disciplines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum or biotechnology (3+ papers)
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record in securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning (TFP)
