Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence systems
- Proven track record of executing enterprise-scale technology transformations
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Deep understanding of global tech regulations (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI governance frameworks)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with diverse technical backgrounds
- Published research or patents in at least one future technology domain
