Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across business units
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI projections for innovative tech investments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Represent company at global tech innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business strategy
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
