Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and customer needs
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, or IoT) strongly preferred
