Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-focused projects including decentralized systems and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis on next-gen tech adoption across global markets
- Develop predictive models for technology lifecycle management and ROI optimization
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and scenario planning
