Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology incubators, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future adoption landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping preferred
