- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage technology incubation portfolios and P&L for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills for complex concepts
