Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging threats to identify strategic opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech developments and regulatory impacts on future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and product development lifecycles
