Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) into product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with real-world applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to maintain technological leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and strategic visualization tools
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three technology innovations successfully brought to market
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain (for government-contracted projects)
