Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and executive boards
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of technology investments
- Foster partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural, distributed teams
