Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in nascent tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies within client portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development with future-tech focus
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
