- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic investments in future-focused technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
