Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental R&D
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience building strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
